The city recently celebrated a great accomplishment - the opening of our Davis Creek Business Park. We cleaned up a huge "brownfield" - an old oil refinery, and prepared the land for new business ventures. This action filled a void in our economic development strategy by offering up new "greenfield" develop-able space.
